My friend taught me a similar idea for a low carb pizza…you make the base of the pizza by boiling up caulifower then mashing it, mixing with egg and, and you can add a bit of cheese as well, then baking it. Its delicious!
Oh my word that sounds so yummy! If I hadn’t just used up my mozzarella in an omelette I would have totally made that for my dinner >.< I’ve made a ‘dough-less’ pizza before which is where you make a tomato pizza sauce and pour into a baking dish and then top with an egg then pizza toppings such as meat, veg and cheese and then bake in the oven :)
