Uni is now over!!
I’m sorry I’ve been so inactive this past week, had my final deadline at uni!! BUT IT’S OVER!! HURRAY! Now have 4 months of summer! I have to look forward to: River Cottage cooking course Trip to Jersey Cake and Bake show Helping my parents move and hopefully making some delicious food over these months and really getting lots done! eeee! I’m so excited!

I went on their website just now as I realised they offer cookery course, to have a little browse at what they off and their prices. They have a full day course, 9:30 - 5, where you learn bread making, butchery, fish, baking and veg. £230……. Oh my god……… so so so tempted to go!!! ahhhh What should I do?!

I actually can’t wait to get the next 2/3 weeks out of the way so I can really get on with cooking again. I feel like I’m slacking a bit! Even though I’m doing my once a week recipes, I just want the freedom to spend a whole day trying to make something, reading my cook books and food shopping. I am one sad 20 year old student hahaha

Got my azuki beans soaking in a bowl of water at the moment. I left them to soak over night and they have like, doubled in size!! I’m going to use them to make Red Bean Paste and then use that to make dorayaki!! I can’t wait!
